Unless stated otherwise at checkout (e.g., free returns), <strong>you\u2019ll need to cover return shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Send returns to:<br><strong>Unit 4, 66 Birch Road East Industrial Estate, Birmingham, B6 7DB<\/strong><br>Keep proof of return \u2014 we can&#8217;t refund you without it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order hasn\u2019t been dispatched yet, we\u2019ll refund you within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of cancellation. If it has been dispatched, we\u2019ll refund you within <strong>14 days of receiving the item back<\/strong> (or proof that you\u2019ve sent it).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are issued via the original payment method. No refund fees apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged packaging, missing accessories), your refund may be reduced. In some cases, we may not be able to offer a refund at all.
