Order Cancellation Policy
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To cancel, simply:
- Email us at info@delegatauk.com, or
- Send written notice to:

You must return the item(s) within 14 days of letting us know. Unless stated otherwise at checkout (e.g., free returns), you’ll need to cover return shipping.

Keep proof of return — we can’t refund you without it.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation. If it has been dispatched, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you’ve sent it).
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. No refund fees apply.
If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged packaging, missing accessories), your refund may be reduced. In some cases, we may not be able to offer a refund at all. Please ask our support team if unsure.

Return window:
- Standard: 14 days from delivery
- Holiday Season (1st–31st December): Extended return period for Christmas gifts
Faulty items:
- Please describe the issue and include a photo or video if possible
- Let us know whether you’d like a replacement or a refund
- If the fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label
