Pricing
- Product prices are shown on our website and include VAT (tax) but not delivery costs.
- If VAT changes before we ship your order, we adjust your final price unless you’ve already paid in full.
- We charge your payment method when your order is shipped. You own the product once payment is received.
- If your payment is late, we may charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate until it’s fully paid.
Product Information
- DELEGATA LIMITED is not always the manufacturer of the products we sell.
- We try to make sure all information and images are correct, but packaging and colours may vary.
- We may update products to follow laws or improve them. These changes won’t affect how you use them.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed the same business day if placed before 4PM GMT. Orders after that, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
- Delivery options and prices are listed on our website. Delivery costs include VAT.
Delays or Issues Beyond Our Control
- If something outside our control delays your order, we’ll let you know and do our best to reduce the delay.
- You can cancel your order if the delay is substantial, and we’ll refund you for items not received.
- If we can’t deliver your order at all due to such events, we’ll cancel and refund you.
Order Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

- Use a reliable delivery service and keep proof of postage.
Return to:
Unit 4, 66 Birch Road East Industrial Estate, Birmingham, B6 7DB - If the product hasn’t shipped, we refund you within 14 days of your notice.
- If returned, we refund within 14 days of receiving it or proof you sent it.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Note: If you’ve used or damaged the product, we may reduce or refuse your refund.
Returns Policy
- You have 14 days from delivery to report any issues.

- Describe the issue, and include a photo or video if possible.
- If confirmed, we’ll send a prepaid return label and keep you updated throughout the return process.
Warranty
- You’re covered for 12 months against faults not caused by misuse or wear and tear.
- Return faulty items using our standard returns process.
Your Legal Rights (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: If faulty, you’re entitled to a refund.
- Within 6 months: If repair or replacement fails, you can request a full refund.
- Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if the product doesn’t last reasonably long.
Use of Products
- All products are for home or home-office use unless we say otherwise.
- Altering products or not following the instructions may void your warranty or return rights.
Customs (International Orders)
- If you order from outside mainland UK, you may need to pay import duties or taxes.
- You are responsible for these costs.
- Customs may inspect your package. You’re considered the importer and must follow local laws.
Ending Our Contract
- We may cancel the contract if you don’t allow delivery within a reasonable time and seek compensation if needed.
Our Responsibility
We’re not responsible for losses that:
- Are not predictable or were not communicated to us;
- Are due to events beyond our control;
- You could have avoided by following our instructions;
- Are related to business use.
We do not limit our responsibility for:
- Fraud, negligence, death, or personal injury caused by us.
Children
We do not sell to anyone under 18. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian place the order.

Disputes and Complaints
